The customer may reconsider their purchase and return the purchased items without specifying a reason, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (Art. 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 – Consumer Code).

The goods must be returned intact, unworn, and unused, in the same condition in which they were received, with the original packaging and original tags not removed, as per:

The product must be shipped within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The return of products is the customer's responsibility and must be carried out via an express courier service with shipment tracking, with all shipping costs fully borne by the customer.
The shipment remains the complete responsibility of the customer until official receipt at the Elisabetta Panerai® warehouse.

If you have received a defective item, do not fill out the return form. Instead, contact customer support by writing to info@elisabettapanerai.it, specifying the type of defect found.

The refund for the return will be processed within 7/10 business days from the moment the shipment arrives at our headquarters. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been verified by our staff. Refunds will be made using the payment method selected by the customer through the appropriate form.

IMPORTANT: Please note that sale items are not refundable. Instead, a store credit of equal value will be issued, which can be used within 10 months on our website (see the following point).
